Signature Confirmation
If you need signature confirmation, include a note when placing your order. Signature confirmation may be added upon request. On orders of $600 or more, signature confirmation may be applied automatically.
Order Processing
Orders are handled and shipped from COCOJOJO fulfillment operations in the United States. Please allow extra processing time during holidays, high-volume periods, and promotional events.
Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Cost
Retail orders may qualify for free shipping across the continental United States when the applicable free-shipping threshold is met. Some products, destinations, order types, and shipping methods may be excluded.
Method of Delivery
Orders may be shipped using postal, parcel, freight, or other carriers selected by COCOJOJO. Delivery confirmation from the carrier is treated as evidence of delivery to the address provided with the order.
Order Tracking
When you place an order with COCOJOJO, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you have questions about your order, contact support@cocojojo.com and include your order number.
International Shipping
For large-quantity international orders, contact COCOJOJO to request a customized shipping quote. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, destination-country compliance, and any import restrictions.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen after being marked delivered, contact the carrier directly to file a claim. COCOJOJO will assist where reasonably possible but is not responsible for packages after carrier-confirmed delivery except as required by law.
Shipping Address Changes
After an order has shipped, the destination country or shipping address may not be changed.
