Return Instructions

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, contact COCOJOJO within 30 days at support@cocojojo.com. If we cannot resolve the issue, we may provide return instructions and a return authorization. COCOJOJO does not provide free return shipping labels unless expressly stated in writing.

• Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
• Returns must be postmarked within the applicable return period shown on your invoice or return authorization.
• All pieces, kits, accessories, and free gifts included with the order must be returned to receive any eligible refund.
• Include your full name, order number, and return authorization details in the package.
• Shipping fees are not refundable unless required by law or approved by COCOJOJO in writing.

Order Changes and Cancellation

Because COCOJOJO processes orders quickly, confirmed orders may not be cancelable or modifiable. COCOJOJO reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion and refund amounts paid where applicable.

Nonreturnable Items

• Items that are used, damaged, altered, or abused.
• Items that are missing parts, packaging, labels, or included materials.
• Non-defective special orders, custom orders, private label orders, and other made-to-order products unless otherwise required by law.

Restocking Fee

Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the total amount. Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund before issuance.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for confirming that products, documentation, and import requirements meet the laws of their destination country before ordering. COCOJOJO is not responsible for customs fees, brokerage fees, customs release charges, import delays, refusal, seizure, or destruction of goods by customs authorities.
